For the company KITO Filzwaren, online business was new territory until recently. Initially, only a small company information page was commissioned. After familiarizing ourselves with the “felt market”, we discovered that there was an open niche for high-quality felt with individual cuts and optional adhesive foil. For this reason, a felt configurator was developed, allowing consumers to have custom-made felt created. Through Google Ads and other marketing tools, customers were driven to the website and the first sales were achieved.
