Baumflüsterei: A nature-oriented experience in Harrachpark, Bruck an der Leitha
We are proud to present our successful collaboration in the organization and promotion of the cultural festival “Baumflüsterei” in the picturesque Harrachpark in Bruck an der Leitha. This special festival, which took place as part of our activities with www.kultur-bruck.at, offered guests an unforgettable experience over four days.
Our goals were to integrate the natural atmosphere and charm of Harrachpark into the event concept and to operate the festival 100% energy-independently. Thanks to our environmentally conscious approaches and the support of our partners, we were able to successfully achieve these goals.
Our services included:
- Event technology for 4 days: We ensured the event technology to guarantee the smooth running of the festival.
- Poster event design: We designed appealing posters that visually represented the festival and attracted the target group's attention.
- Social media marketing: We carried out an effective social media marketing campaign to increase the festival's reach and arouse the interest of potential visitors.
- Event photography: Our photographers captured the special moments of the festival to create memories for the guests and for post-promotion.
- Event video by intern Larissa: A special highlight was the event video, which was produced by our talented intern Larissa and captured the atmosphere of the festival.
- Energy concept: We ensured that the festival was operated 100% energy-independently by enabling the stage technology through bidirectional charging of BYD vehicles and realizing the cooling of drinks via a battery that was charged during the day by a PV system.
The “Baumflüsterei” was a complete success and an example of how a cultural festival can use the natural beauty and energy of a park to create an unforgettable experience. We are proud to have been part of this project and look forward to future cultural events in Bruck an der Leitha.
