voesendorf.gv.at is a web project we are particularly proud of. It is one of the most extensive web projects we have implemented to date. In several phases, we created a municipal platform for the market town of Vösendorf, including all its municipal stakeholders. The content is presented according to the Netflix principle and creates a remarkable overview of all activities in the municipality. Most forms and citizen contacts can be handled digitally without having to change existing authority structures. Legally binding .PDFs are generated from digital content and assigned to the respective department. Several departments such as the building yard, environmental office, or the mayor's office can make their content available to the public in a timely and citizen-oriented manner due to a well-thought-out distribution of rights. Municipal facilities such as gyms or cultural venues can be booked online in the simplest way. This creates utilization and added value for the entire town.
